Kevin WilliamsIn the US, Act-On, which uses customer behavior, preferences and data to guide engagement strategies, has appointed Kevin Williams as Senior Vice President of Customer Success.

Act-On's 'Adaptive Marketing Platform' enables the targeting of the right messages, to the right people, at the right time. This technology provides insight which can be used to adapt to customers' needs at each stage of the buying journey. Williams (pictured) joins from customer experience technology firm Aurea, where he was VP of Customer Success, having previously been VP of Global Customer Support at Jive Software (later acquired by Aurea).
