Ed Kuderna and Ken RaboltPredictive emotion analytics specialist Motista has appointed Ed Kuderna as SVP, Client Services and Ken Rabolt as VP, Information Systems and Technology.

The company's Emotional Connection Targeting solutions provide clients with a proprietary big data asset linking emotions and behavioral motivators to conversion / business benefits, promising to 'boost the predictive power of client and 3rd party data'.

Kuderna brings almost twenty years of experience, and will lead client services and integrated strategy relationships across all offices. Most recently he was MD for the cross-channel marketing platform Yesmail360i, at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, managing a team of more than 100 people. Prior to this, he held senior management roles at Aprimo, DoubleClick, and Allstate.

Rabolt, who joins from Nielsen, brings more than two decades of experience in marketing-related data management, data strategy development, and analytics platform development, and in his new role will redesign and implement a next generation data production platform to support growth.
