Guy OliverIn the UK, consumer insight app OnePulse has appointed Guy Oliver as Enterprise Sales Director, while Mark Bridgens joins as Senior Technical Product Manager.

OnePulse enables businesses to connect with consumers by building branded communities, and accessing the firm's own user community. Through the tool, it is possible to ask groups of targeted people up to three questions, and receive instant responses, and for consumers, the solution provides a gamified platform via which to give their opinions on news, products, interests, and hobbies, for which they are rewarded by micro-payments. A year ago, the firm closed a $2.07m seed funding round, ahead of its planned US roll out.

Oliver (pictured) joins after ten years at the Market Research Society, where he latterly served as Head of Sales, having joined the organisation as Display Manager in 2008, before being promoted to the role of Display, Awards, Events and Conference Sponsorship Manager. In his new position, Oliver will be responsible for growing OnePulse's enterprise sales and building on its relationship with brands and research agencies. Bridgens joins the company from Analogue.Digital, where he was Product Director, having previously worked at Abacus e-Media and Geeks Ltd.
