Comscore has promoted Kathy Bachmann to Chief Operating Officer, after only two months in the role of Chief Commercial Operations Officer.

Bachmann (pictured) was previously EVP Product Management and then COO ad tech data solutions company Throtle; and before this served as Managing Partner of management consulting firm Growth Calculus, and EVP, GM / Managing Director, Americas of data and marketing firm Neustar, Inc. for three and a half years.

She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and logistics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in finance and strategy from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
