In Los Angeles, CA, full-service shopper behavior specialist Alter Agents has hired Devora Rogers as Chief Strategy Officer.

Previously known as Dialogue, Alter Agents was co-founded in 2010 by former Hall & Partner Directors Patrick O'Neal, Angela Woo, Phil Dance and Rebecca Brooks, with Brooks taking on sole business ownership in February this year. Rogers (pictured) joins from Murphy Research, where she served as VP of Account Management. Prior to this, she worked for martech start-up Promontory Brands as Advisor - Insights and Marketing; advanced analytics specialist Inmar as Senior Director of Marketing and Insights; and at shopper marketing consultancy IPG as Group Director, Global Business Development at Shopper Sciences.

In her new position, Rogers will play a key role in business development and growth strategy for the firm, while providing leadership on research design, staff development and thought leadership. Commenting on the appointment, Brooks said: 'I have had the pleasure of working with Devora over the years as a client partner and we've proven that, together, we can grow business and develop leading-edge research.
