Iowa City-based Kleffmann Group has appointed Dr. Thomas Klobucar as Managing Director for its North American Operation. He also joins the Group’s Global Management Team.
Klobucar retired from the US Air Force in 1993, and worked in custom research with the US State Department’s Office of Intelligence. He later moved to Vernon Research Group in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he was Director of Research, responsible for the design and execution of domestic and international quant and qual studies. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa and an undergraduate degree in political science and management.
