UK-based FDS International has announced two new appointments and a promotion.

Neil Aulton, Rachel Vines, Will UllsteinNeil Aulton joins as an Associate Director in the firm’s Business Research team. He began his career as an economist with Halcrow Transmark, then moved to researching the travel and transport sector with IATA (International Air Transport Association), VisitBritain and most recently AC Nielsen New Zealand.

Rachel Vines joins from Ipsos MORI where she spent five years specialising in social research, including central and local government, housing and work, and learning & skills sectors and with in-depth experience of citizens’ panels for a number of councils. Her new role is as a Research Manager in the FDS Social and Consumer Research team.

The company has also promoted Will Ullstein from SRE to Research Manager. He runs a range of continuous and ad hoc studies and has handled and developed the Natural History Museum (NHM) mystery visitor programme for the past three years.
