Kate has specialised in recruiting for the research industry since 1985 and launched KD Consulting in 1989. Prior to this, she spent five years in market research covering client and supplier roles. In her earlier career as Employment Advisor with the Manpower Services Commission, she was trained in assessment interviewing, career counselling and job evaluation. Now a Fellow of the Market Research Society, Kate is also a past chairman of the Association of Executive Recruiters (AER) a division of the REC. She continues to hold the highest moral and professional principles in managing her business, and her dry sense of humour has cemented many long term relationships among both her clients and candidates.
