Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10+ people executing a large global tracking study for a market leader in the technology industry. Oversee project management and operations teams responsible for the global execution and implementation of research program.
Focused on client service, data collection infrastructure and process, reporting, analysis and insights
Build and nurture client relationship based upon a solid working knowledge of their business, excellent inter-personal skills and a strong understanding of market research fundamentals.
Monitor costs of individual research projects to obtain desired profit margins while maintaining quality and timing.
Maintain high level of service and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business
Seattle location or willingness to relocate to Seattle preferred

Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience

8+ years in the market research industry. Prior market research experience working with technology sector clients (supplier or client-side) required
Experience developing and leading large-scale international tracking programs
High level of detail orientation and ability to understand, plan and execute a large project
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Be able to communicate confidently, clearly and concisely. Express ideas in a thoughtful and persuasive manner.
Client service orientation, with a “can-do” attitude
Strong business acumen. Develop a strong understanding of the clients business, with the ability to derive business implications from well executed research. Turn results into a memorable story that will compel decision makers to think and/or behave differently
