JOB SPEC: This established agency is looking for a Project manager to join their team, placing a key focus on providing strategic insights to their clients if you are someone who enjoys being creative in your approach to research solutions this is the job for you.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years experience in market research
• A primarily quantitative research background, preferably within Financial Services, Government or Telecommunications industries.
• Intermediate knowledge of SPSS, Microsoft Excel/Word and PowerPoint
• Experience of project management, maintaining quality, managing resources and tracking performance.
• The ability to delve into data for insights, developing questionnaires, running group studies

The role involves:
• Providing market research services for designated projects.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal staff and external clients.
• Liaising with clients to monitor and maintain programs and identify strategic opportunities in order to retain and grow existing business by providing excellent service delivery.
