JOB SPEC: The CS Support position is a support position within Millward Brown, CS. The CS Support is expected to provide account support to the client service team across multiple projects and will demonstrate an understanding of MB executional processes. This knowledge will be used to execute the basic and scalable tasks within service delivery. The CS Support role projects a positive can do attitude while demonstrating the ability to multi-task within an office.
Assist team with the scalable tasks involved in key phases of a project life cycle (i.e. Media Pulling, Data Basing, Data Table Checking, Program Checking and Proofing).
Proofread questionnaires, reports and other client deliverables to ensure quality before they are sent to the client service team for content analysis.
Pulling and Stat Testing Data
Provide Quality Assurance for all survey programs and all other reporting.
Show competency and accuracy in checking data tabulations, program checking, data basing and client deliverables.
Assist the Client Service team in pulling and checking media and study data.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Client Service Support will learn/show an understanding of MB client study preferences while applying MB philosophies to all assignments Interactions with various Operations and Client Service teams
High school diploma or equivalency required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred
1-2 years Administrative experience
Strong level of detail orientation.
Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office skills and experience (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Interest in market research is a plus.
An ability to collaborate within a team and across departments is essential for the success of this position.
