Associate Director, Singapore

JOB SPEC: A global leader in customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty research now seeks an Associate Director to join their Singapore office. Ideally, you will be locally based, have at least 8 years’ research experience, and hold responsibility for developing and maintaining key client relationships. Experience in shoppers and loyalty research in Singapore or Asia will be an advantage. Key responsibilities include clients (existing and new), team (train, mentor & manage), projects (single & multi-countries) and P&L management. A good understanding and use of statistical analysis, and having excellent communication and presentation skill in English are essential. To reflect the seniority of this role, a very competitive remuneration package has been allocated.
