You will drive the professional services provision; ensuring research is of the highest quality and exceeding client expectations whenever possible.Duties / Responsibilities
- Client management and business development, expanding business in the professional services sector
- Focus on not just doing research but its application commercially.
- Project management and resource allocation
- Hands on quantitative research
- Report writing and presentation delivery
- Quality control.
Skills and experience
- Background within professional services and/or B2B research
- 5-7 years’ experience in the market research industry
- Strong experience of quantitative research methodologies and experience of its application for clients commercially
- Applicable tertiary qualification i.e. business, statistics, marketing
- Confidence to report to, influence and network with very senior and high profile clients.
- Attention to detail and tenacious problem solver.
