JOB SPEC: Do you know brands? How to develop them? How to build them? This leading global market research agency is looking to recruit a talented and experienced brand management and communications specialist in the capacity of Account Director / Senior Account Director.

My client partners with their clients to offer them an unrivalled understanding of the market they compete in. They appreciate that understanding is fundamental to developing the insights that drive innovation, new product development, optimal brand positioning, communication and portfolio management. They use their first class research expertise to develop studies tailored to their clients needs and as senior team memeber you will be responsible for generating, managing and delivering on key projects.

Actively working with junior team members to deliver on client needs on time and within budget you will ensure a high quality of research methodology, strategic insight and project management.

In return you'll get to work on some of the best know FMCG brands in a team that truly knows the difference between data and insight!

Key Requirements:

8+ years quant experience, with a minimum of 4 years experience within a Market Research agency.
Previous experience of working with high profile FMCG accounts.
Previous quant brand and communications research experience.
Senior level account management, consulting skills and project management skills
Senior level communication skills, presentation skills and business writing skills
Business development skills, negotiation skills and sales ability
Senior level interpersonal skills, relationship building skills and conflict management ability
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and outcome focus
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and proven research skills
People management skills, including ability to coach and mentor others and provide constructive feedback
Strong passion for research, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to team work.
