JOB SPEC: We are currently seeking a Research Supervisor for our Global Travel and Hospitality Practice in Troy, MI.

Responsibilities:

Supervise research operations for tracking studies for the Global Travel and Hospitality practice. Responsibilities including but not limited to project design, data collection, data processing, analysis, and presentation.
Develop/maintain client relationships and support associated sales activity.
Develop solutions that improve operational efficiencies of research studies and enable increased scalability.
Successfully use Excel, mTab and SPSS for data analysis and verification.
Fully support/enable Practice to achieve revenue targets. Provide practice with client focused customer service and strategic support.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 4 years of market research experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical and written skills essential
SPSS proficiency a must
Demonstrated experience using Excel (macros preferred), PowerPoint (data graph creation), and Word (or similar software applications)
Solid mathematical (statistical) and analytical skills required
