JOB SPEC: We are now looking for candidates with a background in qualitative research, consumer product development and/or brand strategy. If you have between 3 and 6 years of experience in this area, this may be the role for you!
The company in question provides innovative solutions to help leading brands in the development of consumer goods. In this role, you will work closely with your clients in a strategic consulting remit, to advise on new product design and development initiatives, utilizing the results from consumer research and forecasting trends and gaps in the market (and providing business feasibility studies in these areas).
The role is broad in terms of responsibilities. You will lead strategic consulting projects from design to reporting and work closely with your clients (both regional and local) to plan overall research direction. You will be responsible for delivering client proposals and pitches and you will play a key role helping to train and support junior team members.
While you do not need to be a pure qualitative researcher, you must have some experience of moderating focus groups. If you have experience of business development, client relationship management and strong analytical skills, you will be at an advantage.
