JOB SPEC: Here is a great opportunity for a quantitative researcher, with at least 10 years’ experience (most likely in ad hoc, segmentation and tracking studies), to join the Shanghai office of this global agency. The role requires the ability to develop business partnerships with existing and new clients and manage relationships, seeing and presenting the bigger picture and methodology options to clients. Additionally, the ability to think creatively and preparedness to apply different thinking to achieve results is a key component of the role. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities include: independently managing a range of clients and projects, managing training and developing the project team, delivering Revenue and Gross Margin targets. Able to communicate and present in English and Mandarin is essential. In keeping with the seniority of the role, a very attractive remuneration package is provided, with opportunities for significant career growth.
