Oil and Lubricants Worldwide
We play a crucial role in delivering key insights for a leading company in the global oil and lubricants market, through an annual telephone (CATI) survey spanning 22 countries. This comprehensive study entails over 4,500 interviews across the year, focusing on managers in the automotive and industrial sectors, using both client-supplied lists and independently sourced samples to ensure a broad and accurate representation of the market. Conducted in the native languages of each country, this research offers invaluable perspectives from industry front-runners, empowering our client to navigate the complexities of the global marketplace with confidence.
High-End Fashion Buyers
We recruited a panel of 28 high-end fashion buyers, on behalf of a leading international research agency, to take-part in an extensive 6-month online community, including in-store visits and supplementary online group discussions. Regional recruiters from across four main UK cities recruited participants via a rigorous online pen portrait selection process from across several fashion segments. The quality, profile and commitment of participants recruited by our qualitative team were central to the success of this in-depth investigation into their relationship to fashion.
Global Haircare
We helped a FMCG giant understand global haircare attitudes with a multi-market mixed-mode survey that successfully delivered both international scale and depth of response, including targeting groups not typically found on online panels. Using our international network and offline expertise (CAPI, CATI), we interviewed 1,000-1,500 consumers per market across Brazil, Indonesia, and India. This offline data, combined with 2,000 online interviews, delivered actionable insights informing product development and communication strategies.
