Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and client focused Customer Success Executive (CSM Executive) based in KL, Malaysia to support the AMEA region to support the successful adoption and growth of Toluna's digital research solutions. This role works closely with Corporate clients, end clients, and internal teams to ensure a positive client experience while contributing to revenue growth and long term client retention.

This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, technology driven products, and cross functional teams, and who is eager to develop a career in Client Success or commercial roles.

The suitable candidate should be highly interested in research, client & project / account management with a full hands-on approach.


Responsibilities

Client Success & Commercial Support

  • Support new and existing CSM clients to drive adoption and effective use of Toluna's digital solutions
  • Act as a client point of contact for day to day support, helping clients maximize value from Toluna Start
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients to support client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Onboarding, Training & Consulting
  • Assist with client onboarding, including platform walkthroughs, training sessions, and ongoing education
  • Consult with clients to understand their research objectives and guide them toward appropriate solutions
  • Support clients throughout their project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Reporting & Monitoring
  • Develop and maintain bi weekly dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to support business insights
  • Conduct weekly checks and/or monitor client activity based on projects launched and proactively flag discrepancies to Sales and internal stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver efficient, high quality solutions
  • Support internal processes and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.

Skills and Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals who are eager to build a career in Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with external clients.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in client success, account growth, or customer facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel as well as other software and data formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented.
  • English and other Chinese/Asian language skills is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to large audiences.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well within a team.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in client support, customer success, account management, or research/tech environments.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, SaaS platforms, or online research tools.
