This is an exceptional opportunity for a Research Executive, Senior Research Executive or Research Consultant to join one of Australasia's leading marketing communications groups within a highly regarded specialist insights team.

Known for delivering thoughtful, fully customised research, this team partners with clients across both commercial and social impact sectors to tackle complex questions around culture, communications, behaviour, brand, customer experience, and innovation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting and leading end-to-end research projects from design through to delivery
  • Helping uncover meaningful human insights through qual, quant, and cultural analysis
  • Translating data into compelling stories, presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and contributing to project thinking
  • Bringing curiosity, fresh thinking, and cultural awareness into every stage of the research process.

What you'll bring:
  • 1-3 years' experience within a research agency environment
  • Exposure to qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method research
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • A natural curiosity about people, culture, brands, and behaviour
  • A relevant degree in Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Communications, or similar
  • A desire to keep learning and stretch your strategic thinking.
