Now, they're looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join their Sydney team.


The Opportunity

This is a genuinely strategic client-facing role where you'll work closely with senior consultants across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

You'll be heavily involved in both ongoing strategic programs and bespoke ad hoc research projects, partnering with clients to uncover commercially meaningful insights that directly influence business decisions.

The role offers the perfect balance of:

  • Strategic quantitative research
  • Client relationship management
  • Commercial problem solving
  • Storytelling and insight delivery
  • Exposure to broader consulting methodologies
  • Opportunities to work across both Quant and Qual projects.

You'll have the chance to work with major household-name brands across Healthcare, Finance, Telecoms, Retail and Property while developing consulting capability beyond traditional research delivery.

About You

You'll likely come from a market research agency or strategic insights consultancy and be looking for a step into more strategic, consultative work.

You'll bring:
    v3+ years of market research agency experience
  • Strong quantitative research capability
  • Advanced Q skills
  • Confidence working directly with clients
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and commercial thinking
  • An interest in stretching beyond pure quant into broader strategic consulting and Qual work.
