We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join us, on a full time or part time basis, from August 2026.
This is a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 12 months. However, given our continued growth, there may also be the possibility of this evolving into a separate permanent role at the end of the fixed term contract.

The role
Our Senior Data Analyst independently manages the full lifecycle of complex projects, from agreeing timelines with clients through to delivering final data outputs.
We are looking for someone who can confidently represent Omnisis Ltd with clients, building strong, lasting relationships while proactively ensuring every deliverable meets the high standards our clients expect. You will be a collaborative and supportive member of the wider team.
What you'll be doing
- Liaise directly with clients, negotiate realistic timelines and manage expectations throughout each project
- Script complex surveys using Omnisis's proprietary platform (comparable to Confirmit, Decipher or Forsta)
- Produce high-complexity data tabulations via Merlin and deliver final outputs to client specifications
- Manage sample sources (client data and panel), oversee fieldwork, and handle data cleaning
- Troubleshoot survey logic, data quality and tabulation issues, identifying and resolving problems proactively
- Work collaboratively, offering support and assistance to colleagues where needed.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in market research data processing
- Survey scripting and/or data tabulation within an agency or similar environment
- Familiarity with market research scripting platforms such as Confirmit, Decipher, Forsta or equivalent (Omnisis uses its own package; training will be provided)
- The ability to work autonomously and deliver results on complex projects with minimal oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience of building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Solid numerical ability and confidence working with large datasets
- The ability to adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities.

- Competitive full-time salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Pro rata for part time.
