This growth role is for a Research Consultant with a quant leaning and a qualitative twist.


Work with Culture-Shaping Brands

You'll love working across a mix of culture-shaping brands - from global icons to cool start-ups - where every solution is 100% bespoke.

It's a gem of an opportunity to build both your methodological skills and your strategic thinking.


Typical projects include:

  • Identifying meaningful segments, defining priority audiences and projecting future behaviours
  • Helping brands define their purpose, positioning and cultural relevance
  • Developing communications strategies grounded in real human understanding
  • Applying behavioural science frameworks to uncover the social and psychological forces behind decision-making
  • Spotting unmet needs, shaping new ideas and guiding innovation.

You'll get to work with household names across Retail, Sport, FinTech, Entertainment, FMCG and more.


Day-to-Day You'll:
  • Build relationships with an exciting portfolio of client accounts
  • Help unpack client problems and design tailored quant research frameworks
  • Manage end-to-end quantitative projects, from research design through to analysis and reporting
  • Synthesise insights and connect them to broader strategic recommendations
  • Create inspiring, commercially relevant narratives and strategies
  • Get hands-on with qual too - from depth interviews to multi-method projects
  • Bring creativity, curiosity and passion to every brief.

About you
  • Around 2+ years' experience in consumer insights or strategy
  • Background in a market research consultancy or agency environment
  • Strong quantitative research skills - across ad hoc and tracking (e.g. brand equity, U&A, segmentations, CX, NPD)
  • Passion for strategy and turning data into business impact
  • Excellent analytical ability and ideally confident using Q or a similar stats package.
