To complete our Support team based in Timisoara and support our growth we are looking for a Jr. Technical Support Consultant.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from clients via mostly emails
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot time sensitive and highly impacting technical issues related to our flagship products
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer problems, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to address customer needs and improve product functionality
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in our systems
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and best practices to better support our customers
  • Participate to pre-release testing to ensure the best product is shipped to our clients.

Required skill set:
  • Proficient level of English language and ability to write emails in a professional manner
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Logical thinking, time management, decision making and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team spirit
  • A good sense of humor.

Nice to have:
  • Market research knowledge and/or Market Research experience
