Are you obsessed with pixel perfection and seamless user experiences? Join Ipsos Askia as a QA Engineer focused on UI components, where you'll champion the consistency, accessibility, and functionality of shared design system elements across our platforms.
Your mission to drive frontend excellence:
- Validate visual and interactive behavior of UI components against UX specs and design guidelines
- Test components for accessibility (WCAG 2.1), including keyboard navigation and screen readers
- Document bugs clearly with reproducible steps and impact analysis
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and UI/UX designers
- Maintain QA checklists and test scenarios for shared components
- Ensure cross-team alignment on QA practices for reusable components
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
What you bring to the table:
- 1-2 years of front-end/UI-focused QA experience
- Deep attention to visual detail and UX alignment
- Familiar with Storybook, Playwright, Chromatic (or similar tools)
- Experienced in Agile and cross-functional team collaboration
- Bonus: experience with accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1).
