Our client is an international advisory firm specialising in intangible asset and business valuations, value-based marketing, marketing ROI, analytics and strategy. They work with large, blue-chip clients as well as small and medium companies on high profile financial valuation, brand management and marketing ROI assignments.
Due to growth in the Australia market, there is need for a Managing Director (designate) to oversee the transition and growth of the business - brand and business strategy, brand leverage, research and financial analysis arms of the client.
The current Managing Director plans to retire in the not-too-distant future, hence the need for not just a replacement but for someone to grow the existing business and expand the horizons.
The following outlines the role:
- Salary is open to negotiation rewarding specific skills, experience and expertise
- Sydney based
- Australian residency status essential
- Appropriate years' experience including agency side (there is no fixed minimum requirement)
- Analytics proficiency - hands-on conjoint/segmentation
- Ad hoc and tracking experience
- FMCG, finance sector experience is a plus
- Ability to expand and deepen client relationships
- Ready to work with retiring MD to then become the incumbent.
