The Role
As Client Director, you will be at the forefront of developing long-term client relationships in Sydney. Your mission? Expand their market footprint, deepen partnerships, and unlock new opportunities. While their current client base is FMCG-focused, they aim to grow into Consumer Services and Consumer Products sectors, including banking, insurance, superannuation, automotive, retail, tech, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Client & Account Management - Work alongside the ANZ MD to develop and execute annual client growth plans.
- Proposal Writing & Project Leadership - Collaborate with Research Managers to design and deliver top-tier research.
- Presenting & Storytelling - Develop and present engaging, insight-driven reports that inspire action.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation - Help strengthen the consultancy's position as a market leader.
What We're Looking For
- 6-7+ years' experience in market research, consumer insights, or insight-led marketing consultancy.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop client partnerships.
- A demonstrable client network in consumer products or services (outside FMCG is ideal, but FMCG specialists are also encouraged to apply!).
