Job Spec: On behalf of our client, a London-based strategic consultancy focusing on the international market, we are on the lookout for an organised and efficient Qualitative Project Manager, with a real interest in AI and tech.
They are looking for their ideal candidate to manage and coordinate qualitative fieldwork along with other operational duties supporting the research team.

Field Management
- Participant recruitment for qual methodologies
- Attending both client briefings and internal team briefings
- Screener writing - experience is ESSENTIAL
- Creation and management of all project documents - profile sheets, quota sheets, fieldwork schedules
- Pre-checking all participants
- Continuous monitoring of fieldwork progress, providing regular client updates
- Assisting your Line Manager with other tasks.
Operations
- Budget management
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Organising team events
- Office supply management
- General admin when requested by employees.
The successful candidate will have a can-do approach, taking pride on creating the best outcomes possible of their work. Balancing sometimes conflicting priorities, with the ability to compartmentalise and manage several tasks simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail proven by previous experience as an International Qual Project Manager.
This role would suit someone who loves tech/apps/new tools and software, as you need to be very tech savvy and keen to keep learning about the tech space.
