Job Spec: Our clients is a well established and highly successful research agency who focus on the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. They provide insights to multinational companies across a broad range of therapy areas.
Due to growth and a desire to build a strong team they are now looking for a Senior Research Manager to join the team. The fundamental function of this role is to manage the delivery of multiple market research projects to ensure the design, day to day project management, analysis and reporting meet the research objectives and client needs.
As Senior Research Manager you will also be expected to develop and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and we are looking for people who are passionate about this sector and can really embed themselves into the culture of their client in order to deliver valuable insights that contribute to the clients business. This can be a mixed method role so we are looking for people with strong quantitative, qualitative or both to join this business.
As Senior Research Manager you will be expected to manage a small team so we are looking for leaders and coach/managers to help grow future talent. This is a values led business and everyone is expected to take part in the future of the organisation so you must be a strong team player who wants to invest in this companies success.
You should have a minimum of 7 years experience with at least 3 as a specialist healthcare researcher. This role will offer you opportunity to develop into a leadership position if thats what you want but will certainly expose you to fascinating research for influential clients.
Remote first, you will be expected to travel quarterly for company events and outside of that there are monthly meet ups in a number of UK cities.
