As a Survey Manager within the team you will be responsible for ensuring surveys are set up and delivered to client's specifications. Experience in managing online research projects, online sample studies and international fieldwork experience would be ideal.
In terms of key responsibilities, you will get involved in:
- End to end responsibility for survey management
- Checking questionnaires and testing surveys
- Quality assurance and checking top line results
- Monitoring and maintaining quality control checks throughout post fieldwork
- Client and relationship management.
