As a QA Automation Engineer at Ipsos Askia, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and excellence of our digital research platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and optimize testing practices that drive long-term product success.


Your mission to embed quality at scale:

• Define testing scope and priorities in collaboration with Product Owners and developers
• Develop robust manual and automated test cases for new and existing features
• Translate manual scenarios into automated test scripts using modern tools (Selenium, RestAssured, etc.)
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests
• Detect, document, and track bugs with precision and detail
• Analyze test outcomes and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Refine and optimize automated test suites continuously
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote QA best practices.

Your toolkit for quality:

• 3+ years in software QA (ideally in SaaS or tech environments)
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, RestAssured
• Programming in Java, JavaScript, or C# for test automation
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile workflows
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
