Your mission: to craft scalable, robust, and reliable backend services using cutting-edge C++23, SQL Server, and modern DevOps tooling. This is your opportunity to help shape the architecture that powers Ipsos' global research capabilities.


Your mission to engineer scalable impact:

• Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance services with strict latency requirements (c.20ms)
• Develop and maintain core features across services and component libraries
• Apply advanced C++23 capabilities including concepts, ranges, expected, and more
• Use VCPKG to manage versioned packages and dependencies
• Write unit tests, input validation, and support QA Engineers with automation
• Maintain Docker build scripts for CI/CD and production
• Analyze Kubernetes-based issues in GCP and support observability metrics (SLI/SLO)
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
• Promote secure coding practices and architectural foresight.

Bring your superpowers:

• 4+ years of C++ development experience
• Expertise in SQL Server and service design without ORM
• Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices, and software architecture
• Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Python, PowerShell 7
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and GCP environments
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and system design abilities.
