At Ipsos Askia, our Site Reliability Engineers ensure high-availability, performance, and operational excellence for our cloud-native research platforms. This is your opportunity to shape infrastructure, automation, and monitoring systems that support critical insights worldwide.
Your mission to ensure reliability at scale:
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Packer
- Operate Kubernetes-based services with Docker containers in GCP or other cloud platforms
- Monitor and improve service health through observability tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, etc.)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and lead incident recovery and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Product Owners on Error Budgets and platform SLOs
- Automate maintenance tasks and deploy code through CI/CD pipelines
- Guide new platform designs for scalability and resilience from the start
- Drive SRE strategy and foster DevOps culture.
What makes you a fit:
- 2+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with cloud infrastructure
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tooling
- Skilled in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
- Deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and web security
- Clear communicator with fast learning and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
