Job Spec: We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join a forward-thinking market research agency known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of online survey programming while contributing to cutting-edge technology projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the scripting of online surveys, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth delivery.
• Support the development of new digital tools and processes, including AI integration and advanced reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and enhance operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimise digital processes and elevate client deliverables.

About You

• Several years of experience in online survey programming, with solid understanding of scripting.
• Working knowledge of HTML/PHP/jQuery/MySQL; Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Passionate about innovation and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

To be considered you must live in the UK, be happy to commute to the office in London 3 days per week and hold a valid UK working permit or a visa.
