The role:

As an Account Director, you'll join a collaborative quant team, balancing analytical rigour with client-facing confidence. You'll:
  • Lead and manage a mix of brand strategy, NPD, shopper, pricing, packaging, and concept testing projects.
  • Work directly with senior brand and marketing stakeholders, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, including storytelling and presenting.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 5-7 years' experience in quantitative research, ideally within FMCG or shopper insights.
  • Excels at client management, presenting insights, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and commercial environment.
  • Is a strategic thinker who can turn data into actionable insights.
  • Already based in Australia or eligible for sponsorship.
