Job Spec: This tech-enabled research company are delivering deep insight at the speed of software, so represent the future of the Industry and are the shape of things to come. They are leading the way in the use of AI to sharpen up what clients use to gain a deeper consumer understanding or public opinion so are well placed to grow and thrive. They deliver impactful work to leading organisations, brand owners, campaign groups and non for profits.

They already have a super talented team of engineers, data scientists and researchers in place and are growing fast. We are looking for someone who is capable and driven and will build out a marketing function and focus on the growth of their business.

This is one of those 'in on the ground floor' opportunities that are so sought after and acutely competitive so we would expect to see rapid progression already in your career. It is a role that will define your career journey and allow you as much headroom as you can handle.

This is a category-defining research platform, and this role is central to how they boldly step forward and win their share of market spend. They are positioning to scale up their marketing and growth and you will help them define the emerging AI-driven market research category.

This is a fully involved marketing role. You'll own brand, content, campaigns, website, events, and oversee marketing and growth ops - and you'll work directly with commercial, product, growth, and research teams to turn capabilities into demand.

You will define the narrative and create momentum working with real autonomy and a high bar for quality, and a clear line of sight between your work and company growth.

We expect you will have b2b marketing experience previously and not be intimidated by the growth element of the role. Brands marketing nous and experience of identifying segments and designing and tweaking campaigns or outbound activity that yield results will be key.
