Job Spec: We are looking for a Market Research Manager to join our award-winning small B2B market research agency. You will be someone who wants a hands-on role with significant responsibility for managing end-to-end quant and qual projects and successful client relationships.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include; designing research projects (discussion guides and questionnaires of the highest standard), planning and overseeing fieldwork, conducting qual interviews (optionally also focus groups), client/partner meetings, and report writing in PowerPoint (PPT). The latter is a significant responsibility for the position, and you will be expected to independently produce written deliverables of the highest quality in PPT. Exceptional written skills, grammar, and attention to detail are therefore core requirements for this role.
A high degree of ownership and initiative is important, as you will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects assigned to you, with the highest standard of deliverable expected by our clients.
You will be part of a fully remote team of experienced B2B market researchers. We maintain a culture focused on excellence in deliverables and client service, accountability, and offer exposure to a wide range of projects and industries.
Open to applicants currently based in Georgia or Tennessee. Some travel is required (c.5%). You must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
