Job Spec: Are you an Insights professional looking to step up and make a real impact with some of Australia's biggest grocery and liquor brands?

We're partnering with a well-established insights business that works with leading grocery and liquor brands across Australia and New Zealand, many with billion-dollar turnovers. Their proprietary syndicated dataset captures the views of 100,000+ shoppers each year, delivering insight that goes far beyond sales data - from mindset and sentiment through to behaviour and decision-making.

This is a great opportunity for an Insight Manager (3-5 years' experience) who loves turning data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

The Role

Account Support & Ownership: Manage and grow key client relationships with increasing autonomy.

Insight Development: Translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant stories.

Client Engagement: Confidently present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with a high-performing insights team that values idea-sharing and teamwork.


About You

  • You have 3-5 years' experience in FMCG, shopper, category, retail or consumer insights.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for shopper behaviour.
  • You're confident presenting insights and building client relationships.
  • You have an ownership mindset and ambition to grow into a more senior role.
  • You're passionate about grocery and/or liquor categories.
