As an Insights Associate, you will:

  • Support the execution of research studies that help brands win at the moment of purchase
  • Act as a point of contact for client communications and day-to-day questions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Help build project timelines and manage key milestones
  • Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable reports
  • Gain hands-on experience with Behaviorally's product stack and digital research tools
  • Participate in our Global Insights Academy - our immersive training program for new talent.

What you'll bring:
  • Motivation - you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor's may be considered with relevant experience)
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A natural curiosity about consumers and what drives their choices.
