We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven experienced Fieldwork Project Manager, with research industry experience, to manage market research projects both internationally and in the UK.
- 3+ years commercial project management experience, and fully comfortable managing numerous projects across multi-markets
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills; both written and verbal whilst managing professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Experience in being the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, growth and understanding business needs.
- Efficiently manage multiple complex projects from project commissioning through to delivery
- Work with a variety of internal and external teams, moderators, translators, viewing facilities etc. to identify and execute the best approach to project briefs.
- An understanding of project budgets; delivering projects on time and to budget
- Display a real 'can do' attitude; always looking for solutions as challenges arise.
- Manage junior members of the team, supporting their development through coaching and training.
- Assist Head of Zest with responding to new client briefs and growing existing client accounts, including project costings, proposal writing and project deliverables.
