NetValue Instant Media Launches | June 28 2002 |
NetValue has this week announced the launch of NetValue Instant Media, a global online media planning solution. It is designed to facilitate online advertising integration into companies' global media strategies.
In this sense, NetValue believes it can estimate web campaigns' performance in terms of reach, frequency, exposure or cumulative exposure distribution. It should help Internet communication and media professionals gain a total perspective of the best media strategy on each site. This can be achieved through a reference index, the Gross Rating Point (GRP) - a universal analysis which calculates the number of visitors times the number of days, and when they visited the individual sites.
Originally developed from a partnership signed with Mediaegde:cia, the system is thought to be now used widely among communication and advertising agencies, as well as advertisers direct.
Eric Mistou, deputy chief operating officer, NatValue, commented, 'This new service will allow online advertising actors to accompany online advertising market development, and to help all types of advertisers to include Internet in their communication strategies'.
