RedSheriff Gallops into Australian Fast 50 | May 20 2003 |
Internet research agency RedSheriff has been named as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Australia as cited by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in its 2003 Technology Fast 50 programme.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranks Australia's fifty fastest growing technology companies (public or private) based on percentage revenue growth over the past 3 years. The ranking is part of a global programme that classifies over 1,250 companies in technology sectors.
To qualify for the Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $100,000 in 2000 and $1,000,000 in 2002, must be headquartered in Australia and develop proprietary technology, manufacture a technology product or devote a high percentage of effort to the research and development of technology.
RedSheriff's increase in revenues of 452% over the 3-year period from 2000 to 2002 resulted in its 9th overall positioning. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the 2003 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 was 299%.
According to RedSheriff's Chief Executive Officer, Richard Webb, 'The strong growth of the company over the past 3 years has been attributable to RedSheriff's evolving technologies, its credible and authoritative position in a competitive market, the demand placed on its price-competitive holistic research and analysis solutions plus the unwavering commitment of RedSheriff's employees'.
