Target Appoints Senior VP for Business Development | July 1 2003 |

US Full Service agency Target Research Group Inc. (TRG) has appointed Jon A. Mitchell as Senior Vice President. Mr Mitchell, who has spent the last nine years at Atlanta-based Pioneer Marketing Research, will be concentrating on Business Development for Target. Mr. Mitchell has over thirty years of marketing experience and is a graduate of Merrimack College in Andover, MA. He lives in the elegantly named Kennebunkport, ME, and will operate an office there. Target already has a headquarters in Nanuet, NY and a branch office in Winston-Salem, NC.
