Heavyweights to Lead New SRBI Division | February 27 2004 |
NYC-based research firm Schulman, Ronca, & Bucuvalas, Inc. (SRBI) has launched a Consumer Insights Division, led by a team of industry veterans under Divisional President Duane Clement.
Clement started his career with Procter & Gamble, and has most recently held two CEO roles, first at Bounty SCA Worldwide, the largest organization in the EuroRSCG network, and subsequently at Catalina Marketing Research Solutions.
Senior team members include Executive Vice Presidents Joe Ferris III and R. Bruce Westcott, both of whom were Executive VPs at Catalina. Ferris' background is in management consultancy, analysis and research operations while Westcott has 35 years' experience in a range of agencies including Compass Marketing Research, Guideline Chicago, Maritz, Alpha Research Group, Burke and client side for Hanes Corporation and Leo Burnett.
'SRBI was not interested in creating another 'me-too' consumer research capability', said President Mark Schulman. 'SRBI has always grown by putting the right people in the right place rather than through acquisition. Duane and his team are the right people'.
