FieldworkHub
In the UK, global fieldwork agency FieldworkHub has hired former Bilendi / M3 Global exec Anna Eibach as Head of Client Services.
Founded in 2018, FieldworkHub provides support for qualitative and quantitative fieldwork projects in the UK and Europe, for clients operating in the consumer, B2B, technology and healthcare markets. As well as recruitment services and project management of the entire fieldwork process, the company helps with viewing facility selection and management; provides moderators; and offers translation/interpreting, analysis and report writing services.
Eibach (pictured) joins from digital MR services firm Bilendi, where she served as an Account Manager, prior to which, she worked for healthcare data collection specialist M3 Global, and full-service agency SIS International. She began her career as a Call Center Agent at Buhl Data Service in Germany.
In her new role, Eibach is tasked with helping the company manage its customer base and its expanding international coverage, while overseeing the company's activities in German-speaking markets. Commenting on the appointment, Executive Director Caroline Bates said: 'Anna has great practical experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and I know she is dedicated to maintaining the high levels of service that our clients have come to expect.'
