In India, marketing and advertising tech company DigitalKites has appointed Saurabh Singh as Data Protection Officer.
Singh (pictured) joins from HCL Technologies, where he served as Risk & Compliance Manager, overseeing areas such as GDPR and CCPA implementation, and the review of cross border data transfer. Prior to this, he worked for IBM as Risk & Compliance, Data Privacy and GDPR Consultant.
At DigitalKites, Singh is tasked with ensuring 'privacy by design' is continuously ingrained into business processes, people-related practices, and technology solutions, while ensuring the firm's sustained compliance with data privacy regulations across the globe.
