Debora Franchim Tesco-owned customer data science firm dunnhumby has promoted Debora Franchim to the role of Global Director of Personalization Products, based in São Paulo, Brazil.

dunnhumby analyses more than 395 million shopper baskets and nine billion data records every week, helping thousands of brands and suppliers in the grocery and drug sectors to understand how each of their individual products is performing with different types of shopper. Franchim (pictured) joined four years ago and most recently served as Director of Customer Engagement - Latin America. She previously worked for relationship marketing specialist Marketdata as Manager, CRM and Strategic Planning; casino group GPA as CRM Manager in charge of the firm's loyalty program; and Banco Santander as CRM Associate.

In her new role, Franchim is responsible for the conceptualization, development and launch of personalisation products, including personalised offers, 'recommenders' and lifecycle activation propositions.
