Bangalore-based offshore MR services agency Markelytics has appointed Sayantan Paul as Vice President, Client Engagement & Sales for North America and Europe.
Markelytics offers MR outsourcing, online panels and project management, as well as full-service survey work, and DIY research platforms. Part of Cross-Marketing, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the company also has offices in New Delhi and Mumbai, San Francisco, New Jersey, Dubai, Singapore, and Tokyo - with Japan offering online data collection, data processing, tabulation, analysis and reporting.
Paul (pictured) joins with eighteen years' experience, the last nearly eight spent at Borderless Access, where he latterly served as Associate VP. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Globaldata, and Evalueserve, managing key client relationships, created growth, and managed large-scale cross-functional projects. In his new position, Paul will lead the Global Client Engagement and Sales team for North America and Europe, and he will also be instrumental in shaping the next five-year plan for the company and help refine its portfolio of products and services.
Commenting on the appointment, MD & CEO, Jasal Shah, said: 'Though we are present globally, a focused approach for NA & EU was on the card for some time. Sayantan brings the necessary experience and expertise to steer the business forward and discover new growth avenues in those regions.
