Illuminas
Full-service research consultancy Illuminas has re-appointed former Director of Accounting Adam Jennings as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Austin, Texas-based Illuminas delivers market intelligence across B2B and consumer markets worldwide, with a specific focus on the technology industry. Jennings (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' finance and operations experience. Most recently, he worked for Addison Group-owned company Bridgepoint Consulting, and he was EVP of Finance and Operations at IT and business solutions firm Paranet. Earlier, he spent nearly eight years at Illuminas as Director of Accounting.
In his new role, Jennings will help scale Illuminas for future growth, and lead the Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams, while driving M&A activity. CEO Jay Shutter comments: 'Adam spent nine years helping us grow up as a business, culminating in a management led buyout before he left in 2015.
