Smarty Pants
US-based youth and family researcher Smarty Pants has appointed Tess Davison as a Research Analyst, to support educational, entertainment and toy accounts across qual, quant, mixed-method and secondary studies.
The company, which has headquarters in Johnson City, TN and offices in seven other US cities, works on brand positioning, new product development, consumer lifestyle and trend research. Davison (pictured) joins in New York City after recently obtaining a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University's Teachers College. Her graduate studies - and complementary role as a teaching assistant, focused on children's education and entertainment as well as the ethics, data collection and analytics of behavioral research. She is also a graduate of Harvard University, where she majored in Psychology
